Revamped X-34 Landspeeder
Recipe and picture by Bryan Stoyle
Like a lot of Kenner's vehicles, the Landspeeder was too clean. Also, there were other small problems. I had to fix that. First, using my brother's technique, I dirtied up the main body. This was done with a small "sponge" from my brother's Warhammer figurines. Also, I painted the back parts of the engines black and silver. I used a power sander to shave down the big silver button that opens the hood (not shown); the button still works.
The windshield was scratched using sandpaper. Although you can't see through the windshield, I painted some of the dashboard as well. The middle section between the tops of the seats was also cut away.
