He is made from a Biggs head, Ceremonial Luke chest, jacket, and arms; carbonite Han torso and legs; and Garindan cape. I cut the helmet off the face of Biggs and filed down the chin guard and straps. I then added black sculpey for the hair and painted the face skin tone. I removed the black paint from the boots and painted a white belt. I also painted the chest blue, but did not paint the jacket or arms, they look close enough to me. I added a little red line on the pocket and black trim along the zipper. I trimmed down the Garindan cape and cut the neck hole bigger so the head would fit.
