Mos Eisley
This scene depicts the spaceport of Mos Eisley as seen in the Star Wars Special Edition. This diorama is interesting because I was able to incorporate several elements that do not all happen at the same time. For example, the sandtroopers' confrontation of Luke, Ben, the droids (which takes place early in the Mos Eisley sequence) is pictured in the same display as Han's confrontation with Greedo and later Jabba (which takes place much later in the Mos Eisley sequence). This display now no longer exists; it was cannibalized as soon as my mail-away Cantina Diorama arrived in the mail.
Here's a closeup of the sandtroopers' confrontation of our protagonists. The redone sandtroopers add to the realism of this scene.
